Introduction
Millennium Maintenance is proud to introduce its monthly newsletter. We hope that this will be a useful tool for you to learn of our services and news in the janitorial industry. Our goal is to keep you informed on the current Millennium Maintenance news and events as well as within the janitorial industry.
The newsletter will consist of a new monthly cleaning tip brought to you by our President & CEO Eddy Perez. It will also include new technological advances in the janitorial industry, monthly specials on products and services, news and updates within Millennium Maintenance, and our preferred vendor program.
Our preferred vendor program will be an arm of our client referral program. For any referral we receive which leads to the completion of a new service agreement with a new client, we will highlight the individual and business that initially gave the referral. We will give your business a short bio and spotlight section in our newsletter.
Also included in our preferred vendor section will be a list of businesses that our clients can contact for discounted products and services that will help your business grow.
News and Events
Millennium is proud to announce the expansion of its sales and services into the Utah Market. Expanding in a down market brings exciting challenges. We are looking forward to growing and expanding. We are excited to announce our expansion into the Utah Market.
To help facilitate this growth, Millennium has brought in a new Director of Sales and Marketing, David Kirby. David grew up in the Santa Clarita Valley, then moved to Utah to attend The University of Utah. David received a bachelor’s in Business Communication and Management. David then spent seven years in the banking and financial sales and service industries, with Washington Mutual and JP Morgan Chase.
For the last three years David has been in the venture capital/private equity and public policy. He raised money for and managed several private funds and public policy groups.
We know that David will be a great asset in helping Millennium reach its potential!

As you may be aware, at Millennium Maintenance we pride ourselves in our technological advances in the janitorial industry. Whether it is microfiber technology to get the highest level of cleanliness to avoid cross-contamination, clean-room environments, or biosafety level 3 laboratories, Millennium is constantly using the newest technology to insure maximum cleanliness.
We are proud to announce a new technology in conjunction with our October Special, The WAXIE Green Carpet Encapsulation System. The encapsulation formula provides one pass cleaning, eliminates the need for rinsing, leaves no sticky residue, and will eliminate rapid re-soiling.

Referral System
At Millennium we appreciate your business and work hard every day to earn it. We understand that our customers are the life source in which we are allowed to grow. Thank you! Your referrals and support are the best sales force that we have.
We have created a new referral program whereby if you refer a potential client to us that results in a new service agreement, we will first reward you with lunch and a $100 gas card. We will then offer you one of the following, at your choice: a one-time credit on your monthly invoice, a discount on extra work performed outside the scope of our service agreement or a percentage taken off your bill for the length of your service agreement.
With enough referrals you might possibly be able to get your company’s entire janitorial services paid for. Wouldn't that be nice! You will also be mentioned in our preferred vendor list on the next month's newsletter, with a short bio and description of your business.

Cleaning tip of the month
How to get wine out of carpet?
At the moment a glass or bottle of wine is knocked over, accelerating toward the carpet, nothing but sheer panic sets in. Not to worry, at Millennium Maintenance we have the cure to ease your wine-induced panic attack.
To get wine, grape juice, fruit punch or anything that is red out of the carpet, simply grab a dry white towel and fold it in half or thirds. Place it on top of the spill and first apply pressure and blot the spill (DO NOT rub or scrub the spill). Then take your home iron (make sure your iron has a built in steamer) and heat to a medium / hot temperature. Place it over the towel with strong pressure and pump the steam option until the wine lifts from the carpet to the towel.
This method will work 90% of the time. For severe stains please call us right away.
