Millennium averages less than 5% attrition annually. All of our facilities average over a 90% cleanliness level where the industry standard is 75%. All of this is possible through a documented and posted weekly/monthly review system of your facility.

  

Rated Inspections

We conduct weekly and/or monthly detailed inspections for all of our facilities that provide a complete rating to you and our employees. During the initial phase of our service, these Rating Inspections will be at least weekly to make certain your facility is elevated to our stringent quality of standards.

Communication

We will meet with you to review the results of our own rated inspections. We will point out good and bad trends for your facility with a strategy to immediately make those corrections necessary. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to meet your needs with an immediate response.

Service Assurance Program

Millennium Maintenance Systems has a management control system that ensures our highly trained employees will visit your facility on the contracted schedule. They are required to notify us when they start work and when they finish and relay any information to us regarding your property that might need immediate attention. If our employees for any reason do not show up then our available-on-call Area Managers and Supervisors will immediately respond to the scene to fill in any necessary gaps.

Employee Supervision

Our employees are carefully monitored through a system of surprise visits and close hands-on supervision. Any deficiencies are immediately corrected through retraining, motivation, and support. We will make certain that we know and comply with all government and environmental regulatory requirements. All of our employees receive annual safety training and a minimum of five days on the job training before they are certified to clean your facility.
