Since the inception of Millennium Maintenance we have employed hard working and honest employees throughout California. We truly feel that our employees are the core/backbone of our company. Therefore, we treat them with the utmost respect. Without our employees, we would not be able to deliver our excellence in customer service and our quality of service.
All of our employees are paid above-average wages with commission and bonus opportunities. All employees wear a company uniform, they are 100% documented workers, all receive criminal background checks and have received random drug screening. When our employees are on location you can rest assured that they are all bonded and insured with workers comp and liability coverage. Millennium takes that coverage a step further and

Founded in 2001 by Eddy Perez, Millennium Maintenance Systems offers more than just mopping and cleaning. We are a full-service facility maintenance company. “I stay in this business because I like having the ability to help others, and I have a deep respect for my employees.”
Most of the time it’s a thankless job that goes unnoticed. I feel it’s my duty and responsibility to remind all 140 employees that they are important people within society and without them, we simply could not function.
I want to make their lives as good as possible. “My teams work unseen in the middle of the night cleaning facilities and, magically, the offices and buildings are clean the next morning. I’m happy to be able to provide employment.”
