Millennial Maintenance Systems has a management control system that ensures our highly trained employees will visit your facility on the contracted schedule. They are required to notify us when they start work and when they finish and relay any information to us regarding your property that might need immediate attention. If our employees for any reason do not show up, then our available on-call area managers and supervisors will immediately respond to the scene to fill in any necessary gaps.
